The Leicestershire and Rutland Freemasons celebrated their 300year anniversary with a glittering ball at Athena last month.
The event which was over 18 months in the planning was a huge celebration and raised over £9000 on the evening though a silent auction for the Masonic Charitable Foundation. Other highlights included a sumptuous three course meal of salmon and prawn tian, Leicestershire farmhouse chicken and a salted caramel profiterole stack prepared by Athena’s own team of chefs. Incredible entertainment from the Upbeat Beatles followed along with casino tables and a DJ set which saw guests dance the night away. What a wonderful birthday celebration
