Athena Walks 15 miles for ‘Wishes 4 Kids’
Team Athena laced up their walking shoes in order to raise funds for local children’s charity.
This Sunday, members from the Athena team walked 15 miles along the River Soar, raising just over £800 for ‘Wishes 4 Kids’.
Wishes for 4 Kids is a Leicestershire-based charity that grants wishes for children and teens who are life limited, terminally ill, have experienced life-changing physical or emotional traumas and have suffered major abuse.
The team are grateful for those who have supported and sponsored us so far.
