The Roaring 20s Meet The Jungle; Athena meets Blue Diamond
Team Athena brought the 20s to life for 650 of Blue Diamond’s employees.
On March 9th we welcomed the Garden Nursery Blue Diamond to Athena for an incredible night designed to celebrate their staff and all of their achievements. Blue Diamond played creatively on Athena’s art-deco architecture, bringing an authentic 1920s experience to the venue alongside their signature greenery, transporting guests into a jungle of prohibition themed entertainment.
The night began with a free bar (that continued into the early hours), a delicious three-course meal cooked and served by our in-house catering team, an opulent awards ceremony, and then progressed further into the past. Come 11pm there was a staged police raid, a 40-minute total venue turnaround, Charleston dance lessons, a hair-hanging aerialist, and a floating-martini-glass dance sequence.
It was truly a night to remember, with the company promising to come back in a year’s time after the amazing night they had at Athena.
